We booked all inclusive, but the stay was terrible. Our first room was filthy, with stained bedding, no pillowcases, dirty underwear and food left by previous guests, and a balcony that was bricked up even though we'd booked one. The AC dripped water over our heads, and the shower only partly worked. They moved us the next day, but that room, though cleaner, had no toilet flusher. There was rubbish and dirt everywhere, flies around the food, and staff digging up concrete while we were there. The hotel shop never opened. Main meals were available for only two hours a day, and we weren't told when. The food was terrible, there were no snacks, and the cocktails were vile. The bar had no rum or similar spirits, only pre-mixed drinks. There was no entertainment, and people left towels on loungers overnight, so you couldn't get a sunbed. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Cockroaches were running around, and I found cat feces in the flowers. The restaurant had a strong cat urine smell and a generally foul odor. Employees tried covering it with men's perfume one day, but that didn't help. The food was very poor, and the AC and WC in my room didn't work. It took three days to move me to another room. The travel offer said internet was available, but it didn't work at all. A terrible experience, one star from me.

The pool slide for kids was closed except for one short period on one day, apparently because of a technical problem. There were few facilities, and anything that was available seemed broken or outdated. The hotel got my rooms wrong; after my LoveHoliday Rep stepped in, they changed them, but still didn't put them next to each other. Rooms weren't cleaned, and I had to ask for fresh towels. Lobby Wi-Fi was supposed to be free, but only WhatsApp worked. The repetitive buffet was awful, with just a dish or two changing each day, and there was little choice of non-alcoholic drinks. No iron, either, and the staff spoke limited English. This was supposed to be a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, but it absolutely isn't. It spoiled the whole holiday, and all the bad reviews are true.

The food wasn't very good, the menu repeated several times during our 10-night stay, and it didn't cater for kids. On the last day, after being sent to reception three times, we still couldn't keep the room later. They didn't even offer us another room to shower in. I'd give the hotel three stars.

We got food poisoning, and the chicken was undercooked most days. The buffet offered almost nothing to choose from, maybe two or three dishes, and just one at breakfast. The Wi-Fi cost 10 euros per week for a single device and couldn't even load a website. The massage therapist at the hotel will scam you, in my view, so better avoid the service. Another guy offered “free rides” around town as supposedly included in the hotel price, then asked for a huge amount of money. How is this allowed at a hotel? Terrible stay, never again. Be warned. I don't see how it can be called 4-star, two at most on a very good day.
