We appreciated being able to stay at the resort after checking out, since our flight wasn't until 10pm. Check-out was at noon, and we paid €20 for each extra hour in the room. After leaving the room, staff let us keep using the resort facilities, which was very convenient. There's also a 24/7 restaurant, handy if you get hungry late at night. Some staff speak only a little English, so if you don't speak Turkish, I'd bring Google Translate. I spent seven days here with my wife and two kids, and we really enjoyed it. The kids especially loved the evening dance shows on the theatre stage with cartoon characters. There was loads for them to do, and the resort's swimming rides and lovely weather were a bonus. The buffet had lots of options, and the food was good. There were also mini restaurants serving Asian, Italian, and Turkish dishes. The beach was lovely and the facilities very clean. Staff cleaned our room daily and provided extra blankets and a cot bed for the little ones. Nearby shops had all kinds of things, from food to clothes, and there were ATMs and taxis close by. The arcade owner, a husband and wife, were lovely, and our kids had fun with bowling and basketball. The next day, our tour guide told us about activities like a boat trip and Land of Legends. Both cost around €120. We had a good boat trip, about an hour on the water, with free food at a restaurant and some sightseeing. Land of Legends is good if you don't bring kids, as the rides are only for adults.

A pleasant stay overall, with a few things that could be better. We found some larger food chains about a 30-minute walk away, and the main tourist sites around an hour's drive. Communication could also be tricky because not everyone speaks English, so a translation app may help. Taxi service was disappointing, with some drivers charging around €10 for a five-minute trip. It's best to insist on the meter. The hotel was well maintained and family-friendly, and the all-inclusive food and drinks were a nice bonus. Waiters worked hard, were attentive, and always ready to help. The kids loved the play area and park, and the staff there were friendly and supportive. Nearby souvenir and clothing shops were convenient, but prices were aimed at tourists rather than locals.

Our grandson spent most of his day in the enclosed kids' water slide area, which was a godsend and he had a great time. The water park was great too. We had six nights at this beautiful hotel and have just got home. From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly and helpful, worked hard, and kept the hotel spotless. Food was the best selection I've ever had in Turkey, and our mixed group all loved it. Food and drink service was amazing around the clock, with water in fridges, bars, and restaurants. I also had a tattoo done, and it was very professional with a fantastic result. The private beach was the one letdown. The food was good, but they only had soft drinks, and the beach itself wasn't great and was really rocky. It wasn't ideal trying to get in the water with my grandson. The free bus was great, but the only good part was walking along the paved area above the beach. Apart from that, everything was brilliant. We plan to visit again next year, and I highly recommend the hotel.

Our week was fantastic and so relaxing. The historic part of Side was gorgeous, just 10 minutes from the hotel by taxi. Go early to miss the crowds. The spa was lovely, and our massage was very good, definitely worth trying. We'd heard there was yoga, but there wasn't any when we visited. The gym was good, and with ping pong and the fabulous water slides, there was plenty to keep you moving. The rooms were spacious and super clean, and the cleaners were really nice. We had a wonderful view over the huge pool and slides. Food was delicious, with an excellent, massive buffet and a great casual restaurant by the pool. Make sure to catch the evening shows. Glitter and Glamour had stunning Broadway-style dancing, and the Ulaan Baatar Show had stunts that surpassed anything we've seen in Cirque du Soleil. We were blown away, and would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
