The pool area was so peaceful, and the whole hotel felt quiet and family-friendly. We stayed for a week, and the beds were really comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day, so thanks to Ms. Suleyha for that. There was loads of choice in the kitchen, and the food was excellent, especially at the a la carte restaurant. The drinks selection was wide too, and the entertainment was delicious. The staff were great, and I want to give a special mention to front office manager Yelcyn, beach staff member Ahmet - Cabana Man, and the lovely ladies at Guest Relations. The hotel makes its own products as well, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

The rooms could use a little TLC, and I wouldn't recommend the photography service. The pictures made me look like I was about to announce a pregnancy, and then they tried to charge me in euros lol. Still, we had a really good time. We came to Paloma for our anniversary, as we've spent the past few years celebrating at an all-inclusive, and the service here exceeded our expectations. The servers were attentive and always smiling, and the weather was beautiful during our last week of April stay. Great cocktails and even better food. Alp and Yakub also looked after my partner and me, whether we were in the hotel or heading out clubbing. Everyone was so kind. I'd recommend staying here.

Zuba from the entertainment team really stood out. He was friendly, upbeat, and helped make things fun for guests of every age. The facilities were excellent, and the staff paid close attention to us. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time.

Necla at the Bistro made lovely ice cream creations every day, and Bayram in the main restaurant had me laughing daily. Sevgi, the lady in housekeeping, deserves a mention too. All the staff were helpful and great. The hotel is well located, close to all amenities, and I'd happily visit again. Really good place, keep it up. I'd recommend it to anyone heading to Antalya.
