The front desk clerk made the hotel feel especially welcoming. I’d made a mistake with my reservation and should have had to pay the full penalty, but he helped me change it without any charge. The rooms are modern and clean, and all the staff are kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good, though for the price I’d have liked more variety.

The breakfast was plentiful and really good quality, especially the mixed omelette I’d recommend. The hotel seems fairly new, and the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with clean towels and toiletries. Staff were attentive and spoke incredibly good English, much better than my Turkish. A special shout-out to Abasat in the cafe/restaurant: his English is exceptional, and his passion for his work comes through in the service. Thank you!

Parking was a minor hassle, though I could still find a spot near the hotel easily enough. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast had a good selection. It was a great experience.

The hotel is beautiful and new, and the rooms feel very fresh. Just be aware that the loft rooms are called panorama rooms, but have only a small roof window. I’d recommend the rooms on floors 1-3 instead.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. We’d had an unexpected delay in Turkey while waiting for our visas, so we came to Sile for a stay that turned out to be a lovely surprise. Though we arrived at 6am, the friendly, accommodating staff went out of their way to get us settled and had our room ready by 9.30am. It’s a nice break from busy Istanbul, only an hour from the airport. Thank you.
