The balcony view was nice, but the stay was a big letdown after seeing the price and photos. We weren’t welcomed warmly, and there was no wifi access. The room already looked quite worn, even though the hotel isn’t that old.

The live music and entertainment were excellent, and the service, cleanliness, and staff made our week-long holiday feel perfect. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Honestly, Şile is worth visiting just for this place. It’s the best hotel in Şile. Thanks to Mr. Bülent and his team, and we haven’t forgotten our mascot, Mr. Miço! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of fun at the live music program. Mr. Bülent and his team were attentive and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Being so close to the sea was a real plus.

The atmosphere was great when we went for live music one night, but the staff were pretty grumpy. We were told food service was closed, so we couldn't order, yet fries appeared at another table 30 minutes later. It felt like money talks here. If you want to get ripped off, go ahead. Beer was 300 TL. If you're being held there against your will, like this review and we'll help you.

The prices are extremely high, and the place feels appalling once you deal with the staff. We went to the bar and they were rude. The music was terrible, too. They seem to treat people differently based on who's at the table: something they say isn't available for you may show up at the next table half an hour later. The location and atmosphere had promise, but the hotel lets them down.
