Yağiz Otel

We came as a group of 5 from Düzce, had breakfast, and got to relax comfortably. The town square is just a 1-1.5 minute walk away. There's a family health center and pharmacy right next door, plus chain supermarkets nearby. The owners were wonderful, always smiling and attentive, and their solution-oriented hospitality won us over. Everything was very clean.

I stayed on my own for 3 nights and felt completely at home. Yağız Motel is handy for getting to the bus station, the sea and the river, and the price, including breakfast, was very reasonable. The rooms were spotless, and Gülşen Hanım's breakfasts were delicious and beautifully served. Owners Gülşen Hanım and her husband Yunus Hoca were so friendly and attentive, and relaxing with tea and good conversation in the evenings was lovely. Hearing Yunus Hoca sing folk songs was a treat, too. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.

Cleanliness matters a lot to me wherever I stay, and I was very pleased with how carefully they kept the place. I had researched several options before choosing Yağız Motel, and I'm glad I picked it. I spent three days there, talking with Yunus Bey and Gülşen Hanım over breakfast. They're a wonderful family, and I'm grateful they treated us like guests. I'll definitely return when I'm in Ağva.

The room had a bed and a sofa bed, so two adults and two children were comfortable. It was clean, the room was quite adequate, and the manager was very welcoming. We stayed bed and breakfast, and breakfast was really good. I think it's near Ağva Lighthouse and the center, so the beach is close too. Hopefully we'll come back in summer. There's a bag shop nearby, by the way. They have denim bags in different designs, and similar ones online cost 1.5 times as much. Don't say I didn't tell you.
