Atlantis D.M & Butik Otel Hotel

Everything is within walking distance, and the staff are friendly and understanding. It’s a very nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I went with my family, and the rooms were terrible, with filthy beds and no cleanliness at all. The staff were indifferent and didn’t seem to care whether guests got service. I also saw the women and men working there behaving inappropriately in different places, with no respect. The pool was dirty, and on our last day they said it was closed for cleaning. As far as I know, pools are cleaned at night or something. I came specifically for the pool, so closing it too was frustrating. There’s no tea unless you keep insisting, which is strange, and if you don’t complain about the rubbish in your room, no one will come clean it for months. There were other hotels upstairs next door, so you could stay there instead. We asked to use the pool at a hotel upstairs from the Atlas Hotel, and its owner kindly said yes without asking for money. I’ll choose that place from now on. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. I don’t know how it has 4.5 stars. My holiday was ruined, and it was a waste of money. I’ve been through this, don’t let it happen to you.

The calm atmosphere and attentive staff gave us a lovely short break, and we left with good memories. It’s a good choice if you like pools, and the sea is an easy walk away. I don’t know what everyone looks for in a holiday, but I’d like to come back.

Elif Hanım took such good care of us that we felt at home, and the welcome was so warm and friendly. The rooms were spotless, the pool was pristine, and the beach was a quiet, clean walk away. Anyone planning to visit can come without hesitation.
