There was no hot water at all, and the sheets had hair and lint on them. When we asked for fresh ones, we were told to change them ourselves. The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in, and the hygiene was awful. They also charge extra for air conditioning, and parking was a problem. We left very dissatisfied.

The upstairs rooms are pleasant and adequate. We spent two nights upstairs and two downstairs, and the lower room was damp, scary, and had no phone signal. I couldn't tell whether what they called a room was a storage space or a woodshed. It was a 3+1 layout. I wouldn't recommend staying downstairs unless you have no other option. Hopefully they've fixed it by now.

I booked two nights at "Realist Apart" expecting to be near the fortress, then decided not to stay. I offered to pay for the first night even though I didn't use it, but they demanded payment for both. In that back-street place I felt unsafe, so I paid because I didn't know what might happen otherwise. The chairs in the room were filthy and discolored, and the place looked nothing like the photos. The directions were a mess too: the listing said the center of the Kale (fortress) area, the person on the phone sent me toward the fire station without giving a specific address, and the person I met directed me near the covered market, nowhere near the fortress. This felt like a scam based on lies from the start. Be careful and don't stay there. People posting good reviews either never stayed or are lying openly. If only liars could be punished, they wouldn't say things like that.

I can't believe how bad the hygiene was. The bed had lice and bedbugs, and the smell hit us as soon as we entered the room. The fridge didn't work, there was no hot water, the air conditioner remote was missing, and I doubt the linens had even been washed. The insects were especially disturbing. We were uncomfortable the whole time and deeply regret staying here. We don't want anything else, just pay attention to cleanliness. It's a shame to infringe on so many people's rights. I'm sorry, it was a terrible experience, and I condemn you.
