Mesut was particularly helpful in the cafeteria, both with his service and with local tips. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There’s a cafeteria in the lobby and a restaurant on the second floor with nice pizza. A very good place to stay in Sirnak.

For anyone spending a few days in sirnak, this is a good option. The food is generally good, and the dinner dishes are honestly delicious, with a real taste of the region’s traditional cuisine. The rooms are decent too. It’s above average, though it doesn’t really merit five-star status. Still, you can’t find a better place to stay.

I’ve been here for work for almost three months, and I’ve enjoyed my time at the hotel. The daily room cleaning made it feel like home, and the staff were clean, kind, friendly, and helpful, especially mr. Murat, mr. Namik, mr. Huseyin and, of course, the others. There’s a wide food selection, and it’s decent and amazingly delicious. The gym and indoor pool are okay. The spa section fell a little short of what I expected, though I didn’t get to spend much time there. I strongly recommend the hotel if you need somewhere around Sirnak, Cizre and Silopi.

The hotel’s a bit old, but the people running it make all the difference. The team did a great job keeping our stay comfortable. We loved the breakfast, and the service there was really, really good.
