It's a new hotel, and I had a great stay. The setting is inside a park with trees and flowers to walk among, plus a place to have coffee. Kids can play there too. A good experience, you can stay here.

Probably the best place in Sivas.

The hotel is on the Ankara road, outside central Sivas. It's new, clean, and quiet, and sits within a complex with a horse farm, cafes, museums, and an amusement park. So there's room to walk and spend time in the evening. Parking wasn't an issue. Since the hotel had availability, they gave us a room in a very good location. Breakfast was buffet style and sufficient.

The setting in the public park is nice, with horseback riding, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, and a miniature park. But the whole place seems poorly maintained, and it feels rather abandoned. The carpets and rooms have a strong smell. When we visited before, it was called Ve Hotel and seemed somewhat better. The name has changed and the service is now terrible. I don't understand the five-star ratings, and I wouldn't choose it again.
