We arrived from Sivas, and this is what we had to deal with. The only decent part was the woman who answered the phone, but that didn’t fix the accommodation I was supposed to get. The room entrance was incredibly narrow and awful, and going down there scared me. Everything was a fiasco. I’d told them I’d be arriving late, then got a look at the room they gave me. I arrived at 1 AM and left at 1:15 AM, terrified when I walked in. I’ve travelled a lot and never seen a place this disgusting. The staff seemed clueless. I didn’t want to offend the employee, so I tried not to show how upset I was. I hope the goodwill I showed in response to the disrespect taught them something, because that room was the worst place I’ve ever seen. There was no room service. You say, “Bear with it, we’ll sort it out tomorrow,” and they answer, “But I need the money now.” Aren’t they ashamed? Even the staff wouldn’t stay in that room. I didn’t want to argue with them, but if I wrote down what we said, I think the employer would have kicked me out that night. This has nothing to do with the job. I just want to wake up, forget about it, and explore Sivas. To whoever’s reading this, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely stay away. And if someone says, “For that much money, this is all you get,” I’d say: maybe it’s cheap, but thank God we haven’t sunk that low. Don’t even consider it. Look somewhere else.
