Sivas Sultan Hotel

I was given two separate rooms after reserving a suite at Sivas Sultan Otel. Both were cramped, with undersized beds and barely enough room to move around. Cigarette smoke was so strong it was hard to breathe. The air conditioning didn’t work, and despite repeated calls to reception, no one came to fix it. When I asked to move, I was told there were no other rooms. The rooms were dirty too, with dust and dirt everywhere and stained carpets. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us. I wouldn’t recommend Sivas Sultan Otel to anyone. It’s dirty, overpriced, and the service is terrible. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The reception team were especially helpful, and the breakfast buffet had everything I could want. It’s a very nice city hotel, with cosy rooms and good service. Many thanks.

The staff were welcoming at any hour and quickly dealt with anything missing from my room. It was clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels every day. There was a TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, safe, hair dryer, and wi-fi. Sultan is a great hotel in central Sivas. You can walk to lots of local attractions, and there’s convenient parking right in front if you’re driving. Breakfast is a tasty buffet with plenty of choices. The hotel restaurant and cafe also have a broad menu, and everything I tried was delicious. Service was pleasantly quick. The staff were friendly and happy to take care of my requests. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back.

I spent 6 days here while attending a wedding, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel at home. It’s a family hotel in central Sivas, with a great breakfast and a restaurant on the top floor. There’s also a nice bistro for coffee and snacks, with good service. With so much history around the corner, it has everything a traveller wants. I can definitely recommend it.
