Zarha Mountain Resort

We only ended up here for a night because there was a problem with our original booking, so our visit wasn’t planned. The surrounding mountains and the views are picturesque, and the location is nice, but getting there is really difficult. The food was okay. The chicken looked fresh, though it wasn’t cooked well. This place feels more like a motel than a resort. The rooms are old-fashioned, which wasn’t the main issue for me. The bathroom had a bad smell, fungus, and hair, and the lack of hygiene was really off-putting. Outside, the hotel grounds looked abandoned and unclean.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a wonderful view. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful, which matters most for a good stay. I’d really recommend staying here for at least three nights 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There are lots of activities at the resort, and the people working there are very welcoming and friendly. It sits at the top of Surmene mountain, surrounded by beautiful green valleys, with amazing views of both the sea and mountains. The rooms and villas are great, and they have lovely views too.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and the weather and view were good. But there was no Wi-Fi, the place wasn’t clean, and I found spiders, ants, and flies in the room. The pool was dirty and had no water heaters. The massage rooms smelled bad, and the gym is only 2 by 2 meters. There’s no elevator, and after 1 a.m. the lobby is almost closed with the lights off. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. After 8 p.m. the place feels haunted. At 2 a.m., people were allowed into the rooms next to us while we were asleep, and we could hear screaming, running, and jumping. The rooms are wooden, so their footsteps carry too. I’d call it a one-star hotel. It was an experience I won’t repeat.
