Breakfast wasn't very good quality, and the food was so oily that we felt unwell the next morning. The beds weren't comfortable either, I could feel the springs digging into my ribs. The place didn't feel very clean, and the doona covers were inside out. Everything looked very dated, especially the bathroom. There's no smart TV.

A decent place for a short stopover. Parking at the hotel is limited. The rooms were clean, but could use a little freshening up. Breakfast was sparse, though tasty.

The rooms are just okay, but the service is much better.

A clean, pleasant hotel in a central location.

The chef's warmth really stood out. He carefully explained each dish, spoke sincerely, and saw us off with, "I hope we have pleased your taste buds." We left feeling good about the care they put into their work and how they treat people. I hope everyone who works hard there has a bright future and plenty of success. We arrived quite late at the Tatvan Kardelen Hotel during our trip through Eastern Anatolia, but were greeted so warmly. They even offered to take our luggage from the car and promptly showed us to the restaurant. It was a thoughtful, high-quality welcome.
