Good value, a convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast could use more variety.

I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Tokat. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel is right in the city center. The breakfast view was nice as well.

The place was clean and the staff helpful, but some rooms in our group didn't have hot water. The room heating also wasn't adequate, so it might be better in winter.

I stayed five days and couldn't sleep because the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them, but even after two days it still hadn't been fixed. The bed was bad, and the breakfast was bad too. The towels were so rough I used them to exfoliate instead of dry off. One star doesn't feel right, and neither do three.

For about the same cost as an institutional guesthouse, you get better accommodation here. The rooms have air conditioning and the service is friendly. Excellent value, 10 out of 10, five stars.
