The food was fresh and varied, with plenty of vegetables and tasty desserts. We also loved the spa, especially the hammam and massages, which helped us relax during the trip. The evening we arrived, talented, passionate musicians created a lovely atmosphere with their performance. The hotel’s design really stayed with me, both in the rooms and throughout the property. The greenery, trees, and plants made it easy to forget we were in a hotel with other people around. There were great spots to relax or be active, including luxurious loungers at the beach and comfortable seating on the wooden piers. The staff were thoughtful and ready to help. I’m particularly grateful to Alina, who found a great space for our lecture and helped our group through every little issue. I’d definitely come back. It feels special and unlike the typical hotels in Turkey.
Alina was so kind and ready to help us whenever anything came up. Her care, along with the warm welcome and support from the whole team, made the stay wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to settle in. We highly recommend the hotel.
I work in hospitality, and this team made me think how much of a dream it would be to work alongside people like them. The management is lucky to have every one of these professionals. The food team deserves special thanks. Executive Chef Belat and his knowledgeable chefs took care of our vegan and gluten-free needs so well that we felt completely confident eating nutritious, beautiful food at an all-inclusive hotel. The wait staff were the most helpful we’ve had the pleasure of dining with, and all the housekeeping and grounds staff were just as lovely, keeping everything pristine. Customer relations were on another level. The ladies handled every request professionally and got great results. Thanks to all of you for making our holiday and my birthday so special. We’ll definitely return next season. ❤️🙏
The beach restaurant was our favourite for lunch most days. The food tasted fresher and better than the average buffet, which changed a little from day to day but wasn’t anything special. I found the vegetarian choices limited, though I can be a fussy eater. The à la carte meal was a letdown too. Our chicken skewers arrived without rice or chips, and booking was hard: you had to call early, and places were usually gone by 10am. We only got in after calling at 8:30 one morning. The 16+ pool by the spa was the best place to relax, quiet with a nice bar nearby. The beach was pleasant but could get busy on warm days. The grounds were lovely and kept clean, with staff constantly gardening and tidying. Gym facilities were good, and we enjoyed the spa, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. The bath was reasonably priced, and sauna and steam access was available whenever we wanted. Some staff didn’t speak much English, but they were polite and tried to help. Our room looked modern and clean, but the AC was stuck on heat, which could be uncomfortable in hotter months, and the bed was hard. After a few days, there wasn’t much to do. Most evening entertainment was just basic music, and you’d need a taxi or bus to Bodrum for more options. Taxis were about £10 each way, or the bus cost around £1. Bodrum itself was lovely, with lots of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed a boat trip from the hotel beach and would recommend it. There weren’t many English guests, perhaps a few couples, so it didn’t feel like a very British hotel. I found it on TikTok when there weren’t many English reviews, and booked through Love Holidays for a good deal. It’s fine for a few days of beach and relaxation, but could disappoint if you want entertainment, varied food, or nearby things to do.
We went by the positive Jet2 reviews, but only learned after arriving that the hotel had recently changed owners. That might explain why standards seemed to have fallen so much. We can only take one family holiday a year, and this was upsetting and deeply disappointing. There were problems all over the stay. Food and service were poor, and when we ordered cheesecake, they brought a cheeseburger. We asked repeatedly for hand soap for three days and never got any. The hotel also said it couldn’t provide an iron. Every children’s club activity cost an extra 10 Euros. Staff used offensive, inappropriate language with each other in front of guests, and generally came across as unhappy, rude, and inexperienced. Our room wasn’t ready properly, either. The bed had no sheets or duvet cover. Housekeeping brought them after I called reception, then left them on the bed for me to make it myself. At the beach, staff seemed to reserve sunbeds for money, leaving regular guests without places. The cocktails were badly made, with bartenders pouring in too much alcohol instead of making proper drinks. The worst moment was at the à la carte restaurant. We had an 8:30 p.m. reservation, but no one took our order until 9:20. When the waiter brought it to the chef, the chef shouted, crumpled the slip, threw it at him, and refused to cook. The kitchen was in the middle of the restaurant, so we saw the whole thing. We had to cancel dinner and leave.
