Duja Bodrum Hotel

The views were incredible, there was always a sunbed available, and the choice of places to eat was huge. After a hectic first couple of days, the rest of the stay was quiet, relaxed, and just right. We had a lovely time. Our arrival got off to a rough start because we arrived very late and neither of my children had a made-up bed. Staff sorted it fairly quickly, but squeezing two extra beds into the small room was a tight fit. We asked for a bigger room and got an amazing one two days later. Elif, especially Mehmet, were lovely during our à la carte evening, and the gentleman at Starbucks was always a pleasure.

We’ve just come back from a wonderful holiday at Duja Bodrum in Turkey, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The grounds are beautifully kept, the views are breathtaking, and the setting made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The hotel is stylish, spotless, and has everything you need for a getaway. What stood out most was how consistently warm and attentive the staff were. They went out of their way to help, and every interaction left us feeling cared for. The food was another highlight, with lots of fresh, delicious options for everyone. The quality stayed good in the main restaurant and when we grabbed something casual. There was a nice mix of things to do and time to unwind by the pool or sea. It suited both moods perfectly. This was one of our best holidays, and we left feeling refreshed and already talking about returning. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so memorable.

We stayed five nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is about 25min from the airport. We booked a taxi, which cost £20. The receptionist was welcoming and kind, and arranged for us and our friend to have rooms next to each other. Our room was clean with no mould. The fridge was restocked every day, and we got fresh towels and drinks daily. The pool was always clean and nice, and all the staff, including the bar staff, were friendly, kind, welcoming, and supportive. There was lots to choose from in the restaurant. The sweets were nice, though lunch was mostly repetitive. The snack bars had burgers, fries, kumpir, and cold sandwiches, and the ice cream was nice. Dinners offered more choice and different BBQ dishes. The steak was the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the Italian restaurant, which you need to book, but it wasn’t anything special. We took a boat trip and really enjoyed it. Many thanks to Ferhat and Edib.

La Scala’s Italian restaurant has a cozy, stylish atmosphere, and the dessert was a real treat. The food was superb, served beautifully by Ozge. I’d happily go back and recommend it to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian food and excellent service.
