Andalouse Otel

The room I got was tiny, even though I had booked and paid for a large one. They kept saying that was what I paid for, despite my showing proof of the booking. The door was a nightmare to close from the outside, and the key card lagged whenever I tried to get in. I asked several times for tissue and never received any. When the room was supposedly cleaned, they only folded the bed covers. Dirty plates and cups were left where they were, and the room looked just as it had when I left. There was also noise all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Don't waste your money or time here. This place doesn't deserve even one star.

There's just one lift, and it makes a very strange sound that feels scary when you're going to a higher floor. The rooms cost too much compared with four-star hotels on the main road like Mercure. I wish I could get a refund, but I have to stay for 3 days. There's no parking for hotel guests, and the room had no bath gowns or slippers.

The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back. 5/5 stars!

The guy at reception was friendly and helpful, so he gets the one star. The hotel itself was very bad. I booked a large room and was given a tiny one, and the doors didn't work properly. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't work well, so I turned it off and got cold because of that. I couldn't sleep all night. Breakfast was very bad and there wasn't much of it. The restaurant wasn't working either, so think about that before booking. I'm not going back.
