Bayrak Grand Hotel

Baraa at reception made me feel welcome from the start. He was kind, respectful, professional, and always smiling. Whenever I needed anything, he was ready to help and went out of his way. A great example of customer service, thank you!

Bayrak Grand Hotel has filled a gap in the area near Sumela Monestry, where a good hotel with honest staff was missing. It sits outside the City Centre in the countryside, close to Trabzon’s beautiful nature, with birds singing in the morning. Breakfast was high quality and generous, and you can find everything you’re looking for in a hotel here. Thanks for the satisfying service. I’ll come back.

We had two deluxe suites, each with a king size bed, and one single bed. The rooms were clean, the furniture was new, and the surface was good. The location is in the middle of an industrial area, but the mountain view was amazing. Breakfast on the fifth floor had a nice view and a variety of food.

We were there for just one night as part of a tour. The views from the room and restaurant were beautiful, the food was tasty, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and there are two elevators. The bed was clean, but holes in the sheet spoiled the impression. I’m attaching a photo, and they should pay more attention to this. There was no Wi-Fi in our room, which was a major problem because I needed to contact my family abroad. Staff didn’t try to help and wanted to say it was my phone. It turned out the modem on our floor had no power. The internet came back after it was switched on, but nobody apologized for the inconvenience.
