Boztepe Residence

This residence feels far from modern. I can't fault the location, view, social areas, or security, though the quality of those areas is questionable. It has a pool and a sports field, but their quality is the issue, even if those features raise its status. The complex corridors are incredibly narrow, and the elevators are small for a residence. Inside the apartments, the flooring, walls, doors, insulation, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom fixtures all seem to have the same problem. Although the building is recent, most of them are unusable.

The calm surroundings and lovely views are a big part of what makes this place feel special. It also has a lot on site: a pool, gym, nursery, kids' playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis and football courts, plus an indoor garage and security. It feels peaceful and well equipped.

I’d have loved to grow up here. The view is beautiful, and there’s both indoor and outdoor parking, pools, a gym, courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis, a nursery, and parks and playgrounds for children. Security is on duty around the clock. To me, it’s the nicest place to live in Trabzon.

The location, layout and view are all great, but the maintenance fees are high, and the response to feedback hasn’t been good. The green spaces need more than trimming: the bare patches should be seeded, and some trees need replacing. In the parking area, water splashes onto our heads, which needs to be dealt with. The elevators also need proper repairs so they don’t cause an accident.
