Brothers Bungalov & Villa

We couldn't stay in the smaller bungalow because it was freezing, and despite not even spending one night there, we got no refund. They asked for the money as soon as we arrived, and the arrangement was nothing like what we'd discussed with the owner. The larger bungalow upstairs seemed fine, though. We'd been there for two nights and three days, and none of our group of eight women was happy. The air conditioner didn't work, the heater only warmed us if it was right in front of us, and the stove wouldn't light. When we tried, smoke filled the room, so we poured water on it because we were scared. They put in more wood without drying it, even though they knew the situation, and the breakers kept tripping. The owner still blamed us, saying we'd left the air conditioning on. Whenever we explained what had happened, we just got told it was our fault. We trusted the reviews, but we won't come back. This isn't the first time we've stayed somewhere like this.
