The rooms are well laid out and equipped, kept clean daily, and in good condition. Breakfast upstairs in the restaurant was generous and tasty. The staff were friendly, and the location puts you right in the city center. Highly recommended.

Good staff and a very good hotel for the price. The only snag was our car: they left it in paid parking instead of putting it in the hotel's private lot.

They kept telling me the room was “large” when I asked why I hadn't been given the room type I'd paid for. That didn't address the booking, and they offered no solution. When I politely kept asking for the room I reserved, the hotel blocked me on WhatsApp and cut off written communication. That's unacceptable and very unprofessional toward a paying guest. The room type I'd paid for was still advertised online, even as they told me there was no availability. This was a very disappointing experience. I don't recommend the hotel because of the misleading practices, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.

The low room price is fair, and the location is excellent, right by the shopping center with pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and coffee places nearby. The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and staff were friendly. But the pillows were terrible, the sheets felt cheap, and the soap and shampoo were such poor quality that we bought our own. If you stay here, bring your own sheets, pillow, shampoo, and soap.
