We loved the spacious room and its luxurious jacuzzi, which made our stay feel special. Breakfast was complimentary each morning, too. Cephanelik Butik Hotel has a lovely mix of old and new: it began as a tower and still has plenty of historic charm, alongside modern comforts.

We found this historical building through our agency's recommendation, and it left quite a distinct impression. Set on a mountainside, the place felt like something from a fairytale. The rooms were modern and stylish, and we really liked how the food was presented. I wish we'd been able to see it in summer.

Up on the mountain in Trabzon, the hotel is quiet, elegant, clean, and away from the crowds, with air that feels full of oxygen. The rooms are quite large and nice. It's a romantic spot, around a 12-minute drive from downtown, and I'd recommend it to couples looking to get away from everything for no more than two nights. It doesn't seem suited to families. The hotel crew are very friendly. Breakfast and the rest of the food need improvement, and the Wi-Fi is poor, especially in the room. Water from the minibar is charged.

I spent four days in a junior suite at this new hotel. The cleanliness needs more attention. Israa at reception was very helpful and understanding, though one of my friends in the group had difficulties during her stay.
