Cerrahpasa Apart Hotel

This feels like my second home, and I stay here whenever I come to Trabzon. My kids love it. It's close to everything in the city, including the airport and malls. Thanks again for the hospitality.

We were told at check-in that breakfast wasn't included, even though we'd booked a rate that included it. They said that must have been a mistake. Upstairs, the room was barely clean, and the damp had made the wall paint peel. We even found socks from the previous night behind the sofa. Then a sewer rat got onto the balcony on the fourth floor and stayed there for two days, so we couldn't even open the door. With so many other places to choose from, we're never staying here again.

I've booked twice through their office. The first time, I stayed in this building and enjoyed the view, but the bed smelled awful. On my second booking, I arranged everything with them over WhatsApp for the building where reception is. I confirmed the day before that we'd arrive at the agreed time. They contacted me in advance, but I couldn't answer because my internet was bad. I was then told the apartment had already been booked. They found us another one with two bedrooms and a living room, but it had no air conditioning. The location was excellent. The reception manager was very respectful and considerate, and offered a discount. Özgür was respectful, too, and helped with everything we needed.

I booked two rooms through Airbnb, but when we arrived there was only one. They weren't very helpful when I got in touch. After that, I contacted Arby, and they moved out and gave me a larger apartment. I don't recommend dealing with them. Thank you.
