Mr.Khalid and Sümeyra were always available to help with whatever we needed for a comfortable stay, and the housekeeping team was cooperative too. The apartment was clean, tidy, and fully equipped, with a panoramic sea view and easy beach access. It matched the photos exactly. They also offer tours and airport transfers with qualified, trusted people.

Ms. Sümeyra’s warm welcome and friendly smile made the stay feel special, and we really did feel at home. The hotel was peaceful and comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully cared for in every detail. 🥰

We had a really happy, exciting seven days here as a family, with an amazing view right over the beach. There’s no market nearby, though, and you need to rent a car to get around.

The reception people were kind and helpful, and the place worked well for our family. It’s near the Black Sea and close to the city center. The rooms are big and clean, and the facilities are good. We had an excellent stay.

We stayed three nights at this residence while in Trabzon, then booked our last two nights here as well. The location is great, the apartment was clean and nice, and the hospitality was wonderful. Ms. Semirah was especially helpful and kind, and gave us all the assistance we needed. I’d definitely come back in the future.
