We were a family of nine and stayed two nights. Honestly, it was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. The elderly manager was the only decent person, kind and respectful. The rest came across as unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. The receptionist was extremely rude as soon as we arrived. She had taken all our passports and knew our nationalities, but still kept asking where we were from in a very unpleasant way. There’s no lift, so we had to haul all our heavy luggage up to the third floor ourselves. One person helped a little. Of the four rooms we booked, three bathroom doors wouldn’t lock, and one toilet wouldn’t flush. When we reported it, staff blamed us for breaking it instead of fixing it, so we had to share bathrooms. The windows in every room wouldn’t close properly either, and nobody cared when we mentioned it. At checkout there was no help with the bags, we carried everything down ourselves. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious, and the location was both peaceful and close to the main sights. At Taşhan Hotel, I found the room clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were so welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Thanks, Taşhan Hotel!

I was very satisfied after my one-night stay. The rooms were fairly spacious and very clean, with a lovely bathroom, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and attentive, and it was great value for money. Highly recommend it.

Right in the centre of the old town, the location is perfect. The building is old and needs renovation, and the rooms are quite small. There’s no lift, which makes getting to the rooms hard for elderly guests. Still, it’s good value for the money.

We felt safe walking around at night, and the hotel is near the castle and city center. The front desk staff were really helpful, happy to call a taxi or give directions. Our room was incredibly clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was enough to keep us going until lunch. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful.
