The cigarette smell and mould everywhere made this place feel like it could send you to the hospital. It’s not worth even $1, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. This place needs to be shut down. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮☠️☠️☠️☠️

The people deal with customers tactfully, which matters most to me. It’s a really nice, quiet place, very close to the mall, airport, and nearby markets. I’ll choose this hotel next time I’m in Trabzon. 👌🏻❤️

The location was excellent, and I’ll pick this place again on my next trip to Trabzon.

There was no hot water, and when we wanted to shower, there was no water at all. The balcony wouldn’t lock and the room smelled bad. We’d booked the apartment by the day, but you kicked us out before our first day was even over. Still, let’s leave it there. Thanks.

Berat and Adnan, thank you so much. The apartment owners are lovely, high-quality people, and everyone was helpful and friendly. It’s centrally located in Trabzon, and the price and location make it a good option. I’m planning to go again in May, and this is my only choice. Anyone considering a stay based on reviews can book with confidence. If I come again, I’ll stay there with complete peace of mind.
