Emay Otel

We spent the evening of July 16 at Emay Suite Hotel in Trabzon with our family and left very impressed. The hotel is brand new, with fresh, modern rooms that were spotlessly clean. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and responded positively to everything we asked for. They made us feel valued, and guest satisfaction clearly matters to them. We were also very happy with the location and how easy it was to get around. My sincere thanks to the owner, and I wish the staff continued success. Emay Suite Hotel is a memorable place to stay and a great example of Turkish hospitality contributing to tourism. Everything from management and staff to cleanliness and location was top-notch. 10 out of 10, five-star service!

The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and quick to respond. Thanks first of all to Mr.Abbas for the hospitality. The hotel is very close to the forum shopping center, though you have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get there.

I came with my family and chose two connected rooms. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help, and the free breakfast was decent too. The hotel was far newer and cleaner than I expected for the price, which really surprised me. It’s on the main road, with easy access and parking right outside. It’s opposite forum mall, close to the airport, and a few minutes’ drive from meydan, outside the congested area. I was a bit worried since this was my first visit and the first hotel I’d stayed in, but I’d happily return. Beautiful hotel, excellent price, close to everything, and highly recommended.
