The rooms and facilities are good. Some staff are good, others aren’t. It’s near markets and services, but the highway makes it very, very noisy, and parking a car is difficult.

The staff are very nice and the rooms are okay. The big issue is the highway noise right in front of the rooms, and the windows are poor quality. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even with earplugs.

The bathrooms were in bad shape, with dirty toilets and showers and old, unhygienic towels. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the employee in the attached photo. I’d tell tourists visiting Trabzon to stay somewhere else. The city itself, though, is incredibly beautiful.
