2/10
The rooms felt cramped, almost like a tomb, and cleanliness was very poor. This is an apartment, not a hotel, and the pictures are misleading. It’s expensive and absolutely awful. I’d book one night through Booking.com, then explore the city after arriving. There are much better options with more variety and prices incomparable to Bikini.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. It’s a well-run place. Thanks for everything, I’ll choose it again next time.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very close to Trabzon Airport. There’s no elevator, which could be a problem for older guests and people with disabilities. The bathroom is very small.

The apartment was clean and very nice, with excellent service and a good price. I took off a star because of the location.

When I went to see the place, the photos didn’t match what I found, there was no parking, and the neighborhood was overcrowded. I’d contacted the person beforehand, but he wasn’t clear with me. He promised one thing, then asked for more money.
