Neo Suite Hotel

The location and the well-equipped facilities are good, but the service needs a lot of work. When I arrived, the bed linens and floor were dirty. I asked to have them changed and waited about two hours, but nothing happened. They say they clean every day, yet day after day went by without it. I was also surprised there was no shampoo or the usual hotel toiletries, just hand soap. There were no tissues, no bottled water added, and no small trash bins in the rooms. A little more attention to service would make this much better.

For families especially, I'd recommend this hotel. The apartments are very clean, the location is excellent, and the internet is strong. The reception team is helpful, with Ismail standing out for his attentiveness and respect. He speaks some Arabic too.

I had a lovely five-day stay, some of the best days I've had. The apartment was clean, neat, and spacious for such an affordable price. The airport is nearby, so planes are quite noticeable.

My last day here, and I want to thank everyone at the hotel, especially İsmail Bey for the kind welcome. The place is spacious and clean, with an excellent location near the airport, market, and restaurants. The service and interactions were excellent too. The women who helped clean the rooms were so kind to my children. I wish I'd learned Turkish so I could have talked with them more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Greetings and thanks to all the hotel staff. Fahd family 🩷
