Radisson Blu Hotel Trabzon

The breakfast was excellent, and everyone serving it was so kind and helpful. Esra deserves a special thank you for all her help during our stay and for making it easy to extend our booking. Dalma also helped us quickly with what we needed when we arrived late at night from Ozungol and Ayder. I did give five stars, and the hotel deserves them, but housekeeping could have done more. While we were out, they didn’t clean the room or vacuum it. They only changed the towels, emptied the bin, and refilled the coffee. Reception offered to send someone straight away when I mentioned it, but we were tired from the trip and it was already late. We also could have used more water. At least one large bottle would have been better than the small one, especially for a family.

Ismail treated us with wonderful manners, and the food was delicious. We spent three nights here, and it became one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks so much to Ismail. If I return, I’d stay at this same hotel again.

The staff are what made the vacation especially memorable. Everyone was kind, helpful, and had useful information, and Asma at reception helped us a lot, including with rides. The hotel itself was a great choice too, with a lovely atmosphere and nice breakfast. I’m really glad we stayed here, everything felt 10/10.

Esra made everything run smoothly during our three-night stay, and the staff were very helpful. The room and the view were great too. We had a perfect visit and will definitely come back.
