I had a wonderful time in Trabzon. The sea view from my window was breathtaking, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, with exceptional service. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon.

I decided against staying after reading the guests' reviews and the owner's replies to them. The way he responds comes across as arrogant and seems to suggest that all the guests are lying. I'd advise the owner, or whoever answers those comments, to be more respectful and get training in customer service and guest interactions.

We spent several days here on our way to Istanbul or Alanya, and the location was perfect. The breakfasts and service were good, and the hospitality was much appreciated. We'll come back next year. Thank you!
