I arrived in Trabzon at midnight and didn’t know where else to go. The receptionists were rude and disrespectful, which was especially upsetting as a foreign visitor. The shower had a problem, the floor was covered in water and hadn’t been cleaned, and breakfast was poor, with stale bread. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families, travelers, or foreign visitors. If you don’t believe me, go and see for yourself.

I’m a Chinese tourist who came here from Georgia. It’s a very good hotel in Trabzon, with a cheap price, good facilities, and free breakfast. Strongly recommend!

An unforgettable night for all the wrong reasons. The room was very bad, smelled of cigarette smoke, and felt old. It’s in an industrial area.

For what it costs, this hotel turned out surprisingly good.
