The area was quiet and close to restaurants and Forum Mall, around a three-minute drive away. There are also useful things nearby, including a supermarket, a bus stop, and a mosque. Mr. Idris was generous and kind, and the service he gave me during my stay was excellent. I wish him all the best.

They sent us lovely, clean-looking pictures on WhatsApp, but the ground-floor apartment we were eventually given was dusty and disappointing. They first said it was occupied and that we'd have to wait for the tenant to leave. After waiting around, we got a place that wasn't worth it. They weren't reliable about keeping appointments. If these are the apartments called "Golden Falcon" in Jabal, they're several buildings next to each other and a terrible experience. The apartment didn't look like the pictures, and seemed to have been shut up all summer. There were cobwebs in the corners, dust on the floor, and lots of trash they'd only gathered into bags, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathrooms had no extractor fans, just a hole covered with mesh. My name is Nona, meaning "girl," not Abu Hatem. I swear I'm telling the truth.

I really liked the balcony and how clean the rooms were. The hotel is in a beautiful, excellent location, and we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Idris and his team for the excellent service. We'll definitely come back soon, God willing.

Idris, Muhammad Ghaith, Khalid, and Muhammad are wonderful people with excellent character. The apartments are lovely and the location is fantastic. May God keep them successful.
