The room was cozy and very clean, and the staff were excellent and so polite. Forum Trabzon mall is about a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend it to others.

After a long drive, we stayed here for one night in a family suite. It was actually two connecting rooms with the door between them opened for us. One room smelled strongly of tobacco, but we didn’t ask to switch since the other was odor-free and our child was eager to sleep. In the morning light, we noticed the floor was very dirty. The hotel looks quite nice and neat, and isn’t bad overall, but the wet cleaning needs to be better. Breakfast was rather sparse and mostly semi-finished products. An adult could find something to eat, but feeding a child was a problem.

I’d booked the wrong hotel while on the way to Kahramanmaraş because the names of the two hotels differed by just one letter. My booking was non-cancellable, but when I explained what happened, the hotel agreed to refund me. They were so kind and trustworthy. Thank you, I’ll come to your place in the future!

I spent three nights there in March 2020 and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and cooperative, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were nice, with a shower box, coffee maker, mini bare, and free drinking water. It’s very close to the airport but far from the city center. The hotel is in Trabzon, Turkey.
