Star Suit Hotel

The rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, and the staff are pleasant, supportive, and always greet you with a smile. They also arrange tours and car rentals. The location is good and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to trabzon.

I found the place calm and secure, and the staff were welcoming. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean. It's also easy to get around from here, and very close to the Trabzon Airport.

I booked through Booking four months ahead at a reasonable rate. A month before the trip, the hotel canceled without asking me, saying it was closed for maintenance. I believed that and had to book another hotel for twice the price because the trip was so close. Later, while checking things, I was surprised to see the hotel accepting guests. It seemed to me the cancellation was meant to raise the price as the season approached. I have zero trust in them. Be careful, even if you book through Booking. You’ll see that you have money before

The rooms are clearly kept with care, and the hotel owner and staff deserve thanks. Trabzon is easy to get around from here, so it's a great base for visiting the city. Wishing everyone a safe trip.
