8/10
For a one-night stay, this hotel gave us a good experience. We were happy with the hygiene and cleanliness, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The King Room stood out as especially clean and comfortable, with a nice design. We were satisfied with our stay.

Breakfast was really good, and the food was clean and tasty. The place was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Fatih and Omar on staff were helpful, respectful, highly professional, and spoke several languages. I’d strongly recommend it.

Having a car puts you in a great spot here. The airport is nearby, breakfast was very good, and reception was excellent.

2/10
The room was dirty, dated, and uncomfortable, and the view made the place feel gloomy instead of relaxing. My family and I checked in hoping it would be all right, but after only five hours we left. We couldn't imagine spending the night there. There wasn't even toilet paper, shampoo, or body gel, basics you'd expect even at a budget hotel. I booked expecting a four-star standard and was completely mistaken. I can't understand how it has that rating, and I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families. Look elsewhere and keep your money.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and I especially want to thank SAFA. Their kindness and attitude made up for the hotel's negative point. It's a very good place, and I'll definitely come back for short trips.
