The location is the clear plus here. It was convenient and easy to get around, but the rest of my stay didn't live up to it. Service was average at best, and the rooms felt ordinary, with nothing special about their comfort or cleanliness. Breakfast was below average in both quality and variety. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and polite, though the cleaning itself often seemed to cut corners and left me questioning its quality. At the entrance, a female security staff member with a small ponytail never smiled or responded to greetings, which made for a very unwelcoming first impression. Breakfast service also felt inconsistent. Some staff offered coffee and others didn't, and it seemed to depend on their mood. Guests didn't seem to be treated consistently or fairly. The hotel needs to improve its service, staff attitude, and consistency.

The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, and the hotel was peaceful and comfortable. Based on my stay, I'd call Delta a solid 3-4 star hotel rather than a 5 star property. There were a couple of maintenance problems during my 3 nights. Water was around the toilet area for most of the stay. A plumber said it was from using the bidet rather than a leak, but it remained noticeable. The A/C also wasn't working properly at first. The hotel sent a technician promptly, though it took a few hours for the room to cool down. Even with those issues, the helpful staff and quiet atmosphere made the stay pleasant.

The included breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and the small gym was more than adequate for travelling. Our travel agent booked Delta as a stopover on our way to Europe, and the service was excellent across the board. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful, though I can't remember everyone's names. Deniz was often in charge while we were there, and he was always friendly and ready to help.

The reception staff wouldn't connect me to a supervisor or duty manager when I asked to escalate the problem. There was no transparency, apology, or proper effort to deal with it, and I witnessed very rude communication about the issue. We had no electricity for 20 minutes during the day, with no advance notice or explanation. Worse, there was no water available after 10:00-11:00 AM, and it stayed that way until we checked out at 9:20 AM the next day. Guests should be told in advance about outages. Electricity and water are basic necessities, and this was completely unacceptable. A very disappointing stay, far below acceptable hospitality standards.
