The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It’s close to the center of Trabzon, with reasonable prices. The hotel was very clean. I’d recommend it.

I wouldn’t stay here. There was very loud construction going on, and workers had a direct view into my bathroom when I walked in.

There was hair piled under the bedspread, and the cleanliness was at zero. The hotel doesn’t have a cafe or breakfast, either. The woman at reception had an attitude I really didn’t like, and there was no interest in helping us at all, as if they were paying us to stay. It was a bad experience. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give; it deserves at least one. Spend 300-500 more and go somewhere better.

The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived at reception, everything was perfect. I’ll stay at this same hotel whenever I’m in Trabzon. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful, and there was a good range of breakfast choices. The downside was the nearby nightclub, whose music could be heard in the room. Not ideal if you like to turn in early.
