The curtains didn't cover the whole window, so the sunrise woke us up, around 4.45 am. During our three-day stay, my family and I had three rooms, but none had air conditioning. We were told there was a technical problem and it would be fixed, but nothing happened. Room service gave us only one pillow, saying they didn't have more, and took the toothbrush and toothpaste without replacing them. On the first day, they said the parking was full and wouldn't let me park, even though there were plenty of spaces when I went downstairs. The stay was really uncomfortable, and the hotel overpromised. The photos and reviews were fake, and the room service was the worst ever. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant was lovely, and they kindly set aside some food for our dog. We stayed one night before our flight, and found the place clean, with really nice service. 🙏

The room wasn’t cleaned each day, and the bathroom was neither clean nor properly maintained. Breakfast was very poor, both in quality and choice. We complained more than once that the air conditioning didn’t work, but nobody tried to fix it or move us to another room. The receptionist was completely unhelpful. Worst place ever. 🥺

We booked the sea view suite, but were given a smaller suite without a view instead. For our large group, we asked for extra towels and blankets, and kept being told there weren’t any. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the restaurant staff yelled at us and acted disrespectfully. Breakfast choices were limited, too. They also said the rooms came with a fridge, but none of them worked.

After we found blood on the bedsheets and a filthy, moldy shower, we called the front desk and were moved to another room. We had booked and paid extra through Expedia for a sea view, but the replacement room didn’t have one. The assistant said there were no other rooms and that the price was the same. When we pointed out that we’d been put in a cheaper room without a discount, he brushed us off and told us to call if we needed anything else. We got no discount or compensation for the trouble. Very disappointed. Don’t stay here.
