Alya Country

This was my second stay here in eight years, and my wife, our two kids, and I were very happy again. Bircan Hanım was caring and helpful, Aşkın Bey brought great energy, and everyone who welcomed us or saw us off was charming. Halil Bey, who leads the VILLA's kitchen, put real care into our meals and was so sincere. Sıla Hanım was always around when we needed help. A few things could make the place better. The wooden doors and windows are noisy and need attention. The Wi-Fi should be improved, and an elevator between the restaurant and the beach road would really help families with kids. That walk is a hassle for them. Thanks for everything. Hope to see you again soon, and wishing you all the best this summer.

The kitchen deserves a mention first, everything we ate was delicious and clearly made with care. The staff were just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful toward guests. The property itself was tidy, clean, and peaceful, and we felt comfortable and appreciated throughout our holiday. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The chef kindly brought us food late at night, and it was delicious. Breakfast was very good too, thank you! But with kids who are in the pool all the time, there aren't many food options when they get hungry, and I don't want to be cooking on a family holiday. You can't find food delivery platforms nearby either, since the location is so remote. We stayed at Alya Sierra in Bodrum last year and decided to try Marmaris this time. We didn't bring dish soap or sponges because we weren't told we'd need them before arriving. The place is up in the mountains, and getting to the pool was difficult for us because of the huge bees and dragonflies flying around. There isn't an à la carte option besides breakfast and dinner. I wouldn't pick this location again.

The food and staff are great, and the pool is quite large. I've also stayed at their villa nearby, and the experience is much the same. Since the hotel costs a bit less than similar places, I can overlook some of its shortcomings, but the cleanliness could be better. The fittings are old, and the showers didn't work properly. I'd give it four stars. Half-board is definitely worth booking because the food is excellent and there aren't many restaurants nearby.
