If you're after quiet, this hotel could suit you, though it's some distance from the town center and walking there isn't especially convenient. The property itself is new, clean, attractive, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. It spans three floors including the basement. Some basement rooms have no windows, and there are no in-room refrigerators. I booked a balcony room on Booking because my husband smokes, but we were given one without a balcony. There was no floor towel in the bathroom either, likely an oversight. The windows have no mosquito screens. We opened one at night and a cat jumped into our room, which could be frightening. I also couldn't work out how to use the TV to start YouTube. The restaurant is roomy and furnished with nice new furniture and elegant dishes. There's a small terrace, and a very tiny indoor pool downstairs in the basement. There is no sauna. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was varied enough that nobody would leave hungry. But the receptionist had said it began at 8:30, and when we arrived, tour groups were eating breakfast and dinner there. Staff couldn't keep up, every table had dirty dishes on it, and we couldn't find a clean one. There are some small problems that seem fixable with time and experience. Even so, the hotel feels new, fresh, clean, and beautiful.
