Breakfast was included, and it was generous and honestly better than what we found at restaurants in town. The accommodation was very clean and great value for money. While we were sitting in the restaurant, the owner kept bringing us delicious hot tea. Wishing the owner a thriving business!

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. The sink was small, though, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything. The dining room is a bit cramped, but breakfast itself was delicious. The location was fine, with a bus stop nearby for rides to Goreme and the center of Uchisar. Breakfast only runs from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. That felt much too late for Cappadocia, where we wanted to get out exploring and would usually leave by 9:00. Since everything there is so expensive, we waited for breakfast and could not get our day started until 10:00. The women preparing it were friendly, but one morning a woman was alone, apparently because the young girl had the day off. She looked visibly annoyed at having to handle breakfast by herself. She didn't say anything, but as a guest I could feel it, and it wasn't pleasant. The other major issue was the smoking in the dining room, which also serves as the common room. The owner and staff were often smoking in this enclosed space. We would walk by and sit outside instead of going into the smoke-filled room. It was very uncomfortable. And the repeated requests for good ratings were annoying. We were asked constantly, by everyone, not just once or twice. It felt unprofessional. Asking at checkout once would have been enough.

My wife and I were very impressed by the hospitality at Moonlight of Cappadocia in Turkey. The service was high quality, and the food was extremely tasty with a real Turkish character. Staying here was an unforgettable experience. We would recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Cappadocia and wish the hotel continued growth.

When our car was scratched, the hotel manager personally helped us sort out the problem. Afterward, the staff offered us tea and coffee to help us settle down, a small but very thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about guests. We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout, and breakfast was freshly prepared and a great start to the day. The hospitality made the visit feel special, and we'd definitely recommend the hotel and come back.
