They let us check in quite late, then served us a wonderful breakfast. They also agreed to keep our bike boxes while we were away on our trip.

We booked for three days at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a peaceful, safe spot away from the crowds, and I liked the rocky interior, room design, and warm reception. There’s also a restaurant downstairs that stays open 24 hours, so you can get food whenever you like. Breakfast is served at 8 am and was delicious.

The room mix-up made the first day tiring. We’d booked a balcony room through a holiday app, but the reservation wasn’t in the hotel’s system, so they gave us a different room. We were a bit disappointed. The young staff apologized sincerely and were helpful, then moved us to a balcony room the next day. Having to unpack all over again and leave our things messy for a day was frustrating, though after that we settled in. On the plus side, the hotel is central, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was sufficient, with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were polite and helpful. There’s a separate hotel restaurant downstairs where you can pay for meals beyond breakfast. One inconvenience was the lobby door being closed after 4 or 5 pm, meaning we had to enter through the restaurant and walk past diners. Overall, we left satisfied.

The staff greeted us with smiles, and I want to especially thank Ms. Şüheda for her professionalism and help during our holiday. The location was convenient for getting to the center, our room was very clean, and breakfast and its presentation were adequate. We were very pleased and will choose this hotel again for our next Cappadocia holiday.
