We couldn’t sleep at night because the hotel had no air conditioning, even in summer. I asked the staff for a fan, then waited more than an hour and still got nothing. Each time I called, they told me to keep the window open, but it didn’t provide enough ventilation. The staff didn’t seem to understand the problem. This is the worst service and worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Does the hotel not have something as basic as air conditioning? This is so bad.

Breakfast here is free and buffet-style, with a surprisingly sophisticated choice of music to listen to. The place feels authentic, sits close to all the amenities, and has friendly staff. Definitely worth seeing.
