The service was warm, genuine, and attentive, with little treats that made the stay feel personal: Turkish Delight in our room each day and a small homemade treat at turndown every evening. The hotel grounds had peacocks wandering around and a little turtle garden, and the property itself was full of history and charm. We stayed in Room 200, which was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a huge outdoor area and an incredible view. The bathroom amenities were good, and I especially liked the professional-grade hairdryer. From our terrace we could watch balloons drift across the sky, and breakfast on the patio was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local touches. A few changes to lighting and privacy would make the place flawless. Still, it was a stunning, luxurious, and truly special stay at the Museum Hotel.

The cave room was such a fun novelty, but also clean, chic, cozy, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast was included and incredible, with loads of good food and plenty of both Western and traditional Turkish options. The restaurant staff and bartenders knew their stuff and were happy to chat and offer recommendations. The team made our visit easy and enjoyable with attentive, kind service. They were also communicative by email before we arrived and helped arrange a hot air balloon ride. The location worked well, about a 10 minute walk into town or a quick 10 minute drive to Göreme. With a rental car, the bellman and valet made parking simple. Staying at the Museum Hotel was a huge highlight of our trip to Turkiye. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I got stuck on the snow and ice this morning. After several failed tries to drive our rental car back up the hill, I walked up to the Museum Hotel to ask if they could call a tractor or help us get out. Even though I wasn't staying there, several staff members came out to help. They spread dirt over the ice, slipping and sliding themselves as they carefully maneuvered the car and got us out of a scary situation. They saw us standing in the cold and offered warm drinks in the lobby. The staff were phenomenal, five stars all around. Thank you so much!

Dinner at the Museum Hotel with my boyfriend was excellent. The food and presentation were exquisite, and the service stayed outstanding throughout the meal. The elegant setting has a special atmosphere that made the evening even better. Highly recommended.

I just got back from Cappadocia, and it was an unforgettable trip. The cave rooms, food, views, and service were all perfect. From check-in right through checkout, we were looked after by amazing people. Even the dog in the lobby was so well behaved and let me pet him. I'll be back one day.
