Beriwan was so kind and welcoming, and took great care of us during our two days there with family. She even offered us Turkish tea and coffee before checkout. Sayed was also very friendly and speaks fluent English. The whole place felt like a second home, thanks to all the lovely people there. We had a great time.

Right beside Uchizar Castle, the hotel has a memorable view of the snow-covered mountains. Our room was roomy and bright once the lights were on, and although it had no window, it never felt stuffy. It was warm with a roast lamp. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was generous every morning.

The cave theme was nice, and the rooms had warm floors and clean, tidy washrooms. It felt safe, and the breakfast was very rich. There are lots of stairs to climb. Check-in is at 2 pm, like at many hotels, which can be inconvenient for people who arrive early. I’d suggest the management provide a waiting hall. It’s a four-star place, and I’d visit again.

The view from the breakfast room was stunning, and breakfast itself had just about everything you could think of. Our room was beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, and having a kettle there was a nice touch. The staff were attentive and so friendly, which made the stay even better. We’d definitely come back.
