Ebru Pansi̇yon

Ebru Pension has become my home in Ünye. I've been here for two days and I'm happy with my stay. It's clean and comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the sheets smell lovely. I haven't seen a single insect, so I don't understand why people say there are any. If I had followed the reviews, I would have missed meeting these wonderful people. Ms. Ece has been so caring and attentive, and tea is brought to the room. They clean the rooms, and there's even an elevator. What more could you ask for? I'm Recep from Kastamonu, and from now on, I have a home in Ünye. Thank you for everything. I'm glad I came, and I wish them continued success with these wonderful services. You can come with confidence.

I've been staying here for two years, which says a lot. It's peaceful and feels like home. I recommend it to everyone. 🙏

We came hoping to rest before continuing our journey, but the stay only added stress, and the three families in three rooms barely slept all night. The rooms were filthy: dirty bathrooms and toilets, awful sheets, grime on the walls, broken beds, and no light bulbs. There were no tissues or toilet paper, and air conditioning would be an unimaginable luxury here. There was more besides. We absolutely do not recommend this place, ever. The only good part was the smiling woman at the entrance.

There was no air conditioning, and the shower head holder was missing. We found bugs in the room, including some on the bed. It was extremely bad, the worst place I've ever stayed. We had booked in advance, but the curtains still hadn't been washed. When we arrived, they told us they'd washed them and wanted us to wait in another room until they were hung. Don't choose this hotel just because the price looks good.
