Otel Burak

I couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise throughout my stay, and it wasn’t just a one-day issue. The woman working reception in the mornings brought her children, and there was a steady racket from both them and her, along with the clatter of food and spoons. I don’t recommend this place at all. If the owners know this is going on, they can’t be providing proper service either. How is it acceptable for a hotel employee to bring her child to work?

The reception staff were warm, friendly, and ready to find solutions. I was happy with the hotel's central location and how clean it was. It feels like good value for the money.

When we visit Ünye again, we’ll stay at Burak Hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and having balconies is an especially nice detail. It’s a lovely hotel, and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

It’s easy to get around from here. The hotel is very central, right by the Plaza, with shops and restaurants nearby and the beach close by too. The rooms are clean and have balconies, and they’re well insulated, so street noise doesn’t get in. Breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly. There’s no elevator, but if you can manage stairs, getting up is easy. Great value for money.
